250ml milk (skimmed because it's so damn tasty you'll want more and end up fat)
2 scoops low fat vanilla ice cream (same reason as above)
2 Oreo biscuits
2 tablespoons Horlicks powder
3 ice cubes

Method:
blend... serve... inset straw... put in mouth... suck... enjoy
